I have hands-on experience in diverse environments. Strong preparation, organization and problem-solving skills applied to the regular planning and management of full scale projects. As a Professional Services Project Manager at Ascom, a global solutions provider focused on healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions, I play a key role in maintaining project plans and roadmaps from inception through delivery to support Ascom’s mission in providing mission-critical solutions in hospital and healthcare environments. In this capacity, I work with external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders across all parts of the organization to efficiently drive projects forward and keep them on target. Prior to joining Ascom, I served as an Assistant Project Manager at Duke University Health System. During this time, I worked closely with the company’s executive leadership and dyads as part of the Cancer Care Plus collaboration with WakeMed Health & Hospital, where I supported multiple projects across several specialties. I see each project through from conceiving ideas to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring all deliverables are executed at a high standard. I enjoy identifying and reporting risks and mitigation strategies and managing projects.
