I am a film graduate who took a different turn in my career path to explore the growth of social media and digital marketing. Why marketing? Because I love storytelling still, and I believe that it is a value that both film and marketing share - telling the right story to the right audience. Yes, I've jumped to different companies that run different market but that doesn't stop me from navigating my own film graduate ways of telling stories while learning about every different audience and their culture in the process. Like film, every phase of life finds its way of ending things and quitting doesn’t have to be a negative ending. To me, it means you are in control of what you want and what you do not want. I gave up working in the film industry as I want to explore the ever growing world of social media - which is something that I didn’t get to learn in the university. I believe all women shouldn’t limit themselves to what they were expected to be. The world is out there waiting to be explored! ❣️
