Managed the Commercial Building, Residential Building & Defence Project in Abu Dhabi UAECoordinated with the project team & Client for smooth handover.Coordinate with testing commissioning team and vendors during handover stage Presentation of the Weekly & Monthly Management Reports to the Client which include electricity, water consumption ,diesel consumption ,store inventory ,manpower reports ,assets updation & inventory , PPM, BDM and all other related information. Undertake final project snagging and prepare a list of defects for the Contractor’s action. To coordinate & follow up with supplier, MEP contractors, to get quotation/LPO/invoicing to carry out the work. Processed the Invoicing for the Project Payment. Monitor, manage, maintain, and keep records of all equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts on the assigned site. Execute the assigned work orders within the defined SLAs and ensure that work orders are closed on time and escalated as and when necessary. Generation of day-to-day preventive maintenance, break down schedules, store inventory and generation of Material requests form.O & M of Below MEP systems Operation & maintenance of HVAC like Air-cooled chillers, CRAC/CCU Unit, Fan coil units, AHU,FAHU units, ventilation fans, Heating units, etc. Operation & Maintenance of Electrical system such as MDB, SMDB, DB, UPS & Generators Operation & Maintenance system of Transfer Pumps, Booster Pumps, Sump Pump, Filtration system, GRP Tank, WC & irrigation system including Rain Bird Controller with Station.  O & M of Building management system. Irrigation system and troubleshoot of ESP-LXME controller. Operation and maintenance of Diesel generators.(1000KVA-1600KVA) Operation & distribution of LV power system including MDB and changeover procedure from transformer to Generator & vice-versa. Fire alarm (FM-200, VESDA) & Firefighting system.

Pre-opening of National Bank of Oman(HQ) and successfully take handover with all the assets, working area & other relevant information from the contractor.
