Since 2022, I have been upskilling employees on their behavioural and technical aspects to develop their portfolio and grow in Hexaware and their career. In my spare time, I learn new courses to be updated with the changes in the tech world, read fiction/nonfiction and put my random thoughts onto paper.I started as a recruiter in 2021 in a reputed organization to understand the employee's needs and skillset and transformed to learning and development to help them achieve the skill set necessary to grow. Guided 60% of the organization in being up to date with the latest technology eg. in Cloud certifications.I have also transformed my ideas into nine works of fiction including novels, novellas and short stories, a few of which have been published in community websites including Times of India blog.I like learning new languages.
