My therapeutic approach is empathic, warm, and direct. I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Additionally, I use mindfulness and narrative therapy modalities .I work from a client-centered, anti-oppression framework, focusing on you as the expert and author of your life.
