Blackburne House is a women-based centre. My client demographic involves neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. I offer person-centered approaches, incorporating my prior expertise in behavioural, compassion-focused, and trauma informed practice. BH has also provided further training in suicidality engagement which supports my work.

CGL Inspire is an addiction-based centre. My client demographic has primarily consisted of complex trauma cases with comorbid physiological and psychological conditions. I offer individual psychotherapy based on person-centered approaches, incorporating my prior expertise in behavioural, compassion-focused and trauma informed practice. CGL has provided further suicidality, trauma-based and addiction specialized training which has supported my work.

Savera is an honour-based abuse centre for women. My client demographic involved C-PTSD, race-based trauma, and stress and phobic anxiety related to safety. I offered Group Psychotherapy interventions based on Trauma-Informed Care Practices, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Somatic Inquiry. Sessions involved culturally adapted practices for a demographic of women of colour across the diaspora.

I wrote a research report on the current policies around Sexual Misconduct at Institutes of Higher Learning across the European Union, UK, USA, Australia, and Asia. The report then highlighted the key improvements necessary to adequately support survivors/victims in a trauma-informed approach. This was paired with facilitative discussions with survivors/victims to put forth a suggestive Policy Review for Singapore's first Gender Equality Review in 2021.

I was the Co-author of a Systematic Review involving an evidence synthesis of the 'Definition of Caregivers' in the research context. This research included: Literature Screening, Date Extraction, Data analysis, Data synthesis & Manuscript Writing. I also assisted with various research projects related to Family Medicine.
