I was an extended day counselor for children ages 6 to 11. I helped facilitate activities for the kids to to participate in, such as art projects and games. I helped encourage positive problem solving skills, tutor the children with various homework assignments, and maintained safety and fun.

I was a teachers aid, and worked with children one on one. I monitored their behavior, and would report to my supervisor when I found something to be a bit off.
