I am the Vice President of the Board for Griffin Institute of Performing Arts. We serve communities of need in an effort to unite individuals from all walks of life while creating valuable educational experiences for all stakeholders.Our 8-week sessions include progressive content-based courses in the areas of music, theater, and dance. The custom created course offerings are outlined in our course catalogue and will be taught by qualified and experienced staff. Additional services include private and group lessons, workshops, master-classes, and student performances.GIPA will provide community outreach and youth development by hosting career days, college and career readiness seminars, mentoring groups and leadership training. While programs are open to the public, GIPA primary focus are students who attend schools of need.Staff members include certified and non-certified teachers, artists, and professionals from various occupations. Volunteers, community members, and business owners are encouraged to promote our mission of enhancing the lives of children through the performing arts. These partnerships will assist GIPA in creating valuable, creative, and relevant educational experiences for our members.

Organize activities to raise funds or otherwise solicit and gather monetary donations or other gifts for an organization. Coordinate Silent Auctions, Fund the Needs, Raffles, Registration of guest and flow of the event. May also raise awareness of the organizations strategy to raise funds through events and engagement as it pertains to their financial goals and needs.

As a client engagement manager I work very closely with the client in understanding their specific needs and requirements. My responsibilities might include interviewing the client’s middle managers or holding a focus group discussion with its employees to assess how the project could be best implemented. From this I usually create an action plan for its implementation. I make sure the company is aware of all events the clients are having so that there can be a company representative to address all comments and concerns. I create best practices for brand awareness and engagement for the company and implement them onsite. I am also responsible for setting the atmosphere of the dining environment and duplicate the atmosphere across all of our locations.

The Lead ES delivers outstanding service to our clients and runs AMAZING fundraising events. The Lead ES is expected to lead by example in all areas including professionalism with the client, engagement with guests, knowledge of our platform, and enthusiastic service with a caring smile.
