 Cooperated with dedicated committee members to organize a volunteer-based program in an orphanage to support approximately 30 underprivileged children in their academics by connecting them to more than 100 college students as their tutors.  Continuously contributed ideas and suggestions in committee members’ meetings to improve on the program's efficiency in terms of transportation, student's involvement, database and etc

 Managed and directed a team consisted of 10-30 volunteers to organize intellectual talk events for three consecutive series which successfully attracted 100-500 audiences to attend each event through effective advertising strategy.

 Assisted Project Director and Assistant Project Director to manage approximately 120 students involved in the program by suggesting ideas and opinions to solve risen issues and conflicts.  Prepared and revised all important documentations to record program’s progress including paperwork and report.
