Aleeza Shaikh has completed her MBA from IIM Udaipur. She is currently working with Cisco Systems as a Customer Project Manager and has also had prior work experience at Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer. She holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.As a Customer Project Manager, Aleeza has extensive cross-functional experience in program/project planning and execution across diverse industries. She actively engages with stakeholders, assesses risks for better decision making, and evaluates opportunities. Equipped with a record of success in driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the projects, while being within budget - Aleeza is accountable for revenue and gross margin achievements on customer-funded projects at Cisco. She works through the project management lifecycle to ensure a solid path to project success by meeting goals and requirements. She is known to be an effective, rational, action-oriented leader who takes on challenges, breaks them down into tasks, and motivates teams to achieve goals. Aleeza is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by PMI, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) by PMI, Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) by Scrum Alliance, Certified for ITIL® Foundation in ITIL Service Management (ITIL v4) by Axelos, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist by Scaled Agile (SA), as well as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).As a part of Cisco Systems for approximately 3 years before pursuing her MBA, Aleeza was involved in the development and implementation of software features in the service provider mobility domain on 4G networks. Her work involved her understanding the Functional Specification, designing a technical solution for it, and then implementing the same as per the client's needs. She has also extensively interacted with top international clients, to understand and resolve their technical issues in collaboration with the technical support team.Remarkably, Aleeza has been awarded the Gold Medal for Best MBA All-Rounder Student Award 2018-20 during her MBA degree at IIM Udaipur, as well as the Best Student Award 2015 during her undergraduate degree - Bachelor of Engineering at MES College of Engineering, Pune.She takes interest in theatre, event planning, and adventure sports, and derives pleasure from problem-solving, irrespective of the domain, with an eye for detailing and structured planning.
