Co-founder and co-organizer of the independent TED event of the city of Valencia. As co-leader of a team of +20 people, we have hosted both face-to-face and online events where accredited speakers share their ideas worth spreading. We have had the opportunity to become a platform for brilliant personalities such as marketing expert and businesswoman Verónica Ruiz del Vizo, politician and marine biologist Rosa Quintana, venezuelan singer and Latin Grammy winner Nella Rojas, and many more.I am in charge of the direction and supervision of 4 out of the 8 departments that make the event possible:•Curatorship, where we navigate with our speakers their ideas in order to build an engaging short talk within the TED format. As curators, we are also responsible for establishing the event's theme, and making sure the talks of our speakers are, at the same time, varied and aligned with the theme.•Experience, where we design and take care of each one of the event's contact points with the audience to make it into a valuable, memorable experience that goes beyond the talks. We work to make sure each of these experience points is also aligned with the event's theme.•Communications, where we are responsible for the event's marketing campaign, social media presence, PR management and branding for each different edition.•Production, where we take care of all things regarding on-stage performance and post-production of our speakers' talks.

Main responsible for all marketing efforts at IVOO, an electronics retail chain that operates nationwide in Venezuela. I lead a team of +20 people, orchestrating different areas to successfully plan and execute marketing tactics, campaigns and strategies.- Supervise and lead all online and offline communications- Ellaborate detailed work plans to ensure deadline fulfillment- Organize team tasks in order to improve efficiency- Come up with campaign ideas and develop them until execution- Lead campaigns for product launches and store openings- Budget planning and control- Gather data to measure campaigns' success

Main responsible for the brand's presence across all channels. I lead a team of +15 creative professionals through the conceptualization, design, planning and execution of multiple communication campaigns and strategies to deliver brand messages, for both online and offline platforms. I'm also responsible for the management of the team's budgets, resources, deadlines, tasks, stakeholders relationships and projects in general.As brand manager at Ivoo, I've had the opportunity to build and lead the marketing team for a nationwide company from scratch, significantly improving the brand's presence and standardizing its communications for all +13 stores across the country. I have demonstrated to be able to deliver high-performance results in a fast-paced, highly changing environment with tight deadlines.
