Worked closely with and managed several third-party vendors for reselling and strategy decisions. Relied on to produce the first on time deployment in over two years.

Hired as a contractor to manage a team to go through over 1,000 applications that the company had inherited and/or acquired through acquisition over the last several years to reduce costs up to $10 mil annually. Also worked on Organizational Change Management from an Agile perspective. Company cut all contractors in February 2023.

I joined the organization to integrate Agile coaching, leadership, and training into the organization. In this position, I manage a $10MM portfolio, ensuring alignment of budget, scope, and strategies with the goals of the business. In addition, I support 4 SVPS, 4 programs, and the Enterprise Director of QE, as well as manage and lead 2 Release Train Engineers and 4 Scrum Masters.

I started and owned my own business with my husband where I Interviewed, hired, and managed 5 company employees and numerous third party vendors. My duties were mostly focused on the operations of the business: invoices, budgets, communications, scope of work, labor assignments, and vendor relations. This business involved solar panels and provided additional renewables experience to my passion.

I partnered with a Program Manager to execute a complete divesture of a business unit, supporting the CIO in creating a new data center, integrating new data analytics, and completing contracts. Most notably, I executed the high-profile, $4.3B divestiture project, partnering with C-suite leadership to ensure a seamless separation.
