Alle domeinen van ICT worden aangepakt: implementatie nieuw EPD (Epic) inclusief procesverbetering, medicatie met barcode toedienregistratie (BCMA), e-health, patiëntenportaal (patiënt als partner), vernieuwing infrastructuur (van datacenter en -storage tot virtuele werkplek), stuurinformatie (KPI's en datawarehouse), en vernieuwing van andere applicaties in zorg en bedrijfsvoering (spraakherkenning, PACS-2, kantoorautomatisering). Van HIMSS 2 naar HIMSS 6++. Opzetten van regionale samenwerking en uitwisseling van gegevens. In het programma zijn op het hoogtepunt circa 200 mensen werkzaam; in de ICT-afdeling voor beheer zijn 170 fte werkzaam. Vanaf eind 2013 tevens verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van de nieuwe geïntegreerde afdeling Informatie Management, en vervolgens voor de overdracht aan de nieuwe directeur Arthur Govaert.Q1 2011: kwartiermaker programma Beter2.0.
