As campus recruiter at Nearsoft, it was my aim to secure a standard and fast recruitment process for students and college graduates, mainly from Mexico and the US.- Established constant communication with career coordinators and key students, regarding programs, events and prospect candidates.- Created a database to secure tracking the students’ progress each semester.- Planned, organized and implemented UR initiatives, such as contests, events, campus visits and talks in institutions across the state.- Managed local and foreign visitors and gave tour of the facilities.- Ensured foreign interns needs - housing, transportation, etc. - would be set prior to arrival.

- Provided instruction on several courses, namely: Art & Culture, Scientific and Technological Research, Introduction to Information Technologies and several English as a Second Language and Portuguese levels.- Organized and coordinated a yearly student trip to Central Mexico, taking on average 80 students on 4 cities during a 5 day trip, taking care of flight arrangements, hotel and tours reservations, local transportation and situations as they arose.- Scored an average of 1.15 on the ECOAS (Students Survey on Teachers’ Performance) on a 1 (excellent) to 5 (poor) scale, getting positive feedback from students praising passion on the subject and strong commitment to high expectations.- Published “The Quest for Beauty” and “Creatividad y Diseño Digital”, academic iBooks designed to cover the contents of the Art & Culture, and Creativity and Digital Design high school courses.
