Leuven (Social Sciences)- 15 years of experience in coaching and evaluating employees- 12 years' experience in attracting and managing international projectsMY MISSION is...Making society more inclusive in a structural & sustainable wayMY STYLE is...- Using employees in what they do best- Direct and to-the-point- Open in communication- Integrative and socialWHAT I AM PROUD OF...I am proud of the realisation of a number of socially relevant projects, such as- My research with the policy recommendation to introduce a guardian for each unaccompanied minor newcomer, which was promptly implemented by the then federal government (2001) -> is still in effect to the great satisfaction of the social workers involved and of the unaccompanied minor youngsters;- the MaxiPAC project - Maximizing Previously Acquired Competences (2021) - which aims to assess newcomers' competences more accurately so that they can complete their higher education in Flanders and Europe in a shortened pathway with the appropriate baggage.
