Defining the enterprise architecture of the traffic management business area and working in several projects specifying and building the traffic management systems. Consulting the customer through the entire lifecycle of a multinational project building the new Baltic Sea area icebreaker management system pilot. The project is conducted as part of the EU funded WINMOS (Winter Navigation Motorways of the Sea) research project. Responsible for writing and constructing several pre-studies, architectural descriptions and the software requirement specification for the procurement process. Helping the customer with the procurement process both with materials and in the various phases of the negotiated procedure. Supervising the interests of the customer as well as providing support to the system supplier during the implementation phase. Consulting the customer in a project building the integrated traffic control system for road traffic management in Finland. Responsible for defining the target architecture, helping in the procurement phase and supporting the implementation. Defining processes and models for managing the route- and track information in Finnish rail networks. Conducting an open data strategy and implementation planning for a public sector organization.
