I´m responsible of leading a team of 15 Engineers with different background and skills. I Manage software engineering staff responsible of developing new and support existing ECommerce applications. Leverage and develop on top of the US-based eCommerce platform. Collaborate with Business Partners on strategic planning, vision and direction of all ECommerce initiatives. Collaborate closely with US ECommerce leadership to achieve synergies in development processes, tools and solutions.
