If a lawyer, a teacher and a hippie had a love child - that would be me! I’m a strategic thinker mixed with a serial enthusiast for people projects. I’m known for asking challenging questions, encouraging deep reflection, and building leadership experiences that inspire both practical and transformational change. With a love of new adventures, I’ve lived in various locations around the world and worked across strategy and change management, marketing communications, leadership development, and executive coaching - within private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Born in Waiuku, Tāmaki Makaurau, I have a strong spiritual connection to the rugged Karioitahi coastline and visit the area frequently. I now live with my husband and our three gorgeous children in Beachlands (East Coast), and when I’m not designing, coaching or facilitating, you’ll likely find me with a good coffee and cheese scone at the local beach.Am I the right fit for you? As a coach, I’ll listen empathetically and ask courageous, powerful questions, to walk alongside you in your thought process. I challenge through curiosity, to stretch your perspective and help you expand the parameters of your current thinking. I’ll honour your space and lived experience while advocating for your potential and championing you to achieve what’s most important to you. As a facilitator, I’ll ensure an inclusive design and experience for all in the room. I’ll help you explore and bring new concepts to life to help achieve the outcomes you are looking for. I’m known for my ability to safely surface dynamics in the room to create insight and learning opportunities. And I’ll hold a vision for what’s possible, even in the moments you may not be able to see it. With a background in neuroscience and psychology, I’m at my best working with organisations wanting to make strategic, cultural or capability shifts.Where you'll find meI partner with an inspiring network of leaders and embrace a dynamic portfolio approach in my work. This includes my current partnerships with Whakawhitinga Partnering: https://www.whakawhitinga.co.nzI also co-founded The Coaching Tools Shop in 2022 alongside Illaina Darvill. Together, we are passionate about amplifying voice and visibility through coaching resources, services and experiences. We inspire conversations and communications that matter - because that’s where the magic happens. And we love magic: https://www.coachingtoolsshop.com
