I am Construct Law Group’s Legal Practice Director and founded the firm in 2014. As a building and construction lawyer with 20 years’ post qualification experience in a number of jurisdictions, including Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, I draw on this experience to provide advice to all stakeholders in the construction industry. Our clients include developers, principals, homeowners, builders, contractors and suppliers. My current legal practice primarily involves dispute resolution, contract drafting and risk management. I also provide advice to both contractors and homeowners on matters regarding the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) including acting in administrative review matters.As a qualified adjudicator registered under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017, I provide a unique insight when advising clients in relation to progress claims, payments schedules, preparing adjudication applications and/or responses.As the leader of Construct Law Group, I have steered the strategic direction of the firm, all aspects of business development and the firms’ inclusive and supportive culture. I love running the day to day operations of our firm and I am proud to work alongside the CLG team.
