Current• Owner of the Department of Human Service’s electronic Clinical Quality Measure (eCQM) registry. • Responsible for full SDLC for enterprise wide cross platform product development efforts. Includes creating project plans, business requirements documents, risk management, change management and deployment throughout every hospital in the state.• Maintain public and private certification keys• Managed Oracle Database with SQL server, SQL Server Reporting Services, Visual Studio and PL/SQL.• Member of the Public Health Gateway (PHG) Governance Board and Member of the PHG Policy Committee. • Managed the implementation of the first state-wide registry importing “Super Protected Data”• Manage a staff of developers in agile environment and maintain SDLC documentation, utilize Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and HP Service manager.• Participate in change control board reviews.• Work within 53 million-dollar annual budget without exceeding time or budget restraints• Submit Budgets annually for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services review• Manage 20 million-dollar pool of grant money for healthcare agencies and respond and review requests for application for grant money. • Work in cross platform environment to integrate encrypted data from Healthcare providers sent via Health Information Organizations (HIOs) through the Public Health Gateway (PHG) or via Secure Direct Messaging, both utilizing SOA gateways and Biz Talk middleware to import into the registry. • Create reports for users and executives. • Communicate with executive level management and junior staff.• Implemented state Opioid Use Disorder database.• Manage CMS funded Medical Assistance projects, auditing providers and reporting results back to CMS.• Manage new projects in AGILE methodology responsible for full SDLC, project plans, documents and timely delivery• Scrum master using TFS and Service Now
