Translated Figma/XR designs into code, and created animations with Framer Motion and GSAP to enhance the UI of the projects we were working on. I also tailored Shopify e-commerce websites, both in their headless configuration and through Liquid. Latam | Remote

Built a React webapp for the art contest "The planet is your canvas 2022-2023" organized by the UN Environment Programme LATAM.Collaborating closely with a designer, I developed a responsive webpage aimed at promoting the art contest while facilitating the submission of artworks by participants during the first phase of the contest. For the voting phase of the competition, I integrated a widget that allowed visitors to register and cast their votes for their favorite artworks. I used Firebase Authentication for the registration and Firebase (NoSQL) Database to keep track of the votes, ensuring real time updates and instant data synchronization between clients. Within the 10 days of the voting phase, the widget authenticated over 2000 users across Latin America and the Caribbean.

After the acquisition of Loco2 and the subsequent company merge with RailEurope, I successfully transitioned into a new role, adapting to the evolving environment and to the shift to tiered outsourced customer support. Key responsibilities as advanced support specialist:* Created and delivered training materials to educate Rail Europe customer service teams globally, including those in India, Latin America, and Japan.* Served as the point of escalation and provided mentorship to the outsourced Tier 1 customer service team based in India.* Collaborated closely with the product and tech teams to prioritise and address customer-reported bugs promptly and effectively.When I joined Loco2, I was first point of contact for customers across various communication channels such as email (Helpscout and SalesForce), live-chat, social media, Trustpilot and also occasional outbound phonecalls. Key responsibilities in this role:* Troubleshoot and replicate customer issues.* Identified and reported bugs to the tech/product team.* Liaised with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.* Updated and created internal and external help documentation.In addition to these duties, I took on the role of Language Translation Leader for Spanish. This involved providing and reviewing translations to ensure language quality across the website, mobile app, and public-facing help documentation.

I established a free print publication named BUNKR, which aimed to promote the arts and culture scene in Puebla, Mexico. Each run had 10,000 copies of 24 pages each.The idea of BUNKR initially took shape during my bachelor's thesis, and after graduation, I successfully turned it into a reality. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, such as selling advertising space, overseeing the distribution of the publication, and collaborating with artists, designers, and writers to curate and develop each edition.Through BUNKR, I gained invaluable experience in managing a creative project from start to finish, as well as enhancing my communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
