– Support in the development of materials and implementation of HR LATAM Strategy agenda– Prepare executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business information for HR Vice president. – Manage and deliver the Sector Functions and Central Services AOP– Contribute the COE Labor Latam in the successful definition and Implementation of the labor strategy for key markets by:– Development of E-learnings regarding Labor Relations topics such as Human Rights and Effective Negotiations. – Keep track, share metrics, and promote Labor Relations E-learnings deployment.– Collaborate as Project Manager with Labor specialists to ensure key capability building goals are met through the development of a Labor Relations Certification.

• Contribute to the design of contents, deployment and trainings (blue and white collars) for Sigma’s Global Code of Conduct across all the Organizational Units.• Co-design the project “Empowering Success” an initiative created with the aim of promoting teamwork and engagement among Sigma’s employees in the Central area following VP guidelines.• Participate in the execution of Sigma Shark Tank, a project aiming to foster entrepreneurship and creative work within the organizational effectiveness dimension.• Keep track, share metrics, promote deployment and identify issues for the Culture launch deployment.• Kick Off for the Global Volunteering Initiatives aligned to Sigma’s Sustainability Commitments for 2025 including benchmark and definition of KPI’s.• Co-design of Cultural Dynamics as part of Sigma’s transformation strategy.• Assisting the Corporate Culture team as needed to ensure improvements are made and sustained.

Assisting the HR Functions team with: -Playing a critical role in linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with line partners-Representing HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees.-Event organization -Onboarding to new PepsiCo employees from R&D function-Delivering recurring HR services and processes focusing on employee relations, maintaining positive local labor relations, employee engagement and culture.

My position focuses on effectively assisting the team and perfoming the sourcing activities in order to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time).Key responsibilities:- Contract creation- Follow up to productivity projects- Contract management- Vendor/supplier research- Interaction with suppliers- Acquiring knowledge of the refrigeration manufacturing market- Assisting with entering client data into in-house database- Documenting performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.- Conducting RFI/Q/P (Request for Information/Quotation/information/Proposal) minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and cost.- Evaluating current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews in coordination with Supplier Quality teams, to assure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service.- Follow-up the parts and process qualification of the production parts (PPAP) , in coordination with the Quality team.
