Hola, I'm Alejandra. I studied Business and graduated as MSc in Human Resource Management with Distinction and CIPD Level 7. I have worked for over 8 years in HR, Learning & Development, well-being and community building, co-creating and working towards narrowing the digital skills gap in Latin America (that increased exponentially during the pandemic).Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to collaborate with the creation of L&D programs in the retail, financial and health sectors as well as in community service. The growth of people have always been my most rewarding mission. I thrive when contributing to the development of people by positively impacting their lives and communities. Today, I am the Talent Manager for the Innovation Center at the biggest bank in Peru, understanding the emergent digital profiles and building a strategy around it.My latest research was on 'Leadership Training in times of crises: Lessons learned from the Covid-19 pandemic'.
