Conducted depositions and represented clients at countless court-mandated conferences. Represented condominium owners in disputes with contractors and represented owners and possessors in premises liability lawsuits.

Conducted legal research regarding non-disclosure agreements and memoranda of understanding to advance different projects being carried out within several international markets. Created a hyperlocal community of parents and vetted college students, through a strong business model, a pointed focus on operational excellence, and a simple user experience for the fill-in/last-minute babysitting market.
