Supports projects by filling job roles for all resource channels, serving as a single point of responsibility for the duration of assigned engagements. 1- I was responsible for Planning and Managing the Capacity Plan for a Customer Account, understand the Project requirement from a fulfillment perspective and leverage various fulfillment options to meet the requirement from a Delivery and Cost perspective.2- I worked in virtual team environment across geographies and managing stakeholders - Business clients, delivery executives, support organization etc.3- I tracked and controlling all the Capacity/Staffing requirements for aCustomer Account.4- I helped manage Customer satisfaction, business controls, customer interface, procurement and deliverables.1- I was responsible to assists new and professional hire practitioners in finding opportunities for project assignments for a defined period of time after on-boarding.2- Supports bench reduction activities for all affected practitioners, and updating/maintaining practitioner profile and other data supporting deployment.3- Uses Professional Marketplace (PMP) and business line knowledge to find opportunities for resources, and negotiates with project to lock in assignment.

I was in charge of generating every month Invoices for different US customers and have their fleet of printers updated and on monthly bases sign up legal and financial documents to have their equipment registered in our data base. As part of my role I placed orders for different types of printing equipment and make sure that the order gets placed and delivered to the customer on time. Design Jet Focal Point.
