Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off. Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures. Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities. Assist recruiter in posting jobs ads on career pages, processing received resumes and pre-phone screen candidates.Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.Wellness program administrator, schedule fitness classes and events for company. Handle Contractor and New Hire set-up from our different locations, Dallas, New York, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, and Chicago. New Employee first 90 day tracking, benefit introduction and interval reminders. Keeping complete accuracy of files and compliance. Monitoring for new employee portrait photos and adjustments to existing photos in our system.
