I have also demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and customer orientation in my previous roles.As an Analyst at AFP Capital, I was responsible for making benefit payments, reconciling and balancing information, and improving system processes. I successfully automated several tasks, reduced errors, and increased efficiency and quality. I also handled inquiries and official letters from the Superintendency and ensured compliance with regulations. I am proficient in Microsoft 365, MS Office, and Spanish, and I am currently pursuing an English course at ILAC and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Universidad Mayor.
