Hands on experience of a day to day life of a data analysts, working with data and learning how to retrieve data through different databases and becoming familiar with those processes. Running data security processes to protect sensitive information within the business, and learning how to identify data breaches that may be hard to detect.

As an assistant General Manager my job consisted of being a true leader and role model over my team. Establishing a healthy work environment, practicing bonding and communication skills with employees, as well as making sure a true team work dynamic was present amongst the team. Providing the best customer service is the biggest goal on an everyday basis to make sure customers are happy and feel welcomed in the work environment. Hitting sales goals and over looking sales forecast daily, and making sure the team understands it’s a team effort to complete these goals before the week ends. As a manager, I have experience with payroll, scheduling, and using Microsoft software programs on a daily basis.

As a mobile expert and Verizon VPL my job was to provide technical support for customers who needed help with mobile devices. As a team leader position, I represented 2 companies Best Buy and Verizon. Representing 2 companies, I had to work under pressure and multitask with helping multiple customers as well, while providing the best customer service possible to create customer obsession and satisfaction for both companies. I have expert experience with mobile tech, mobile activation and retail-sales experience to over meet quotas on a daily basis.
