In the early years of my career, I worked in Germany for large corporations, first as an engineer and then as a consultant. Afterwards, in Spain, I also worked as a teacher, mentor and consultant for the private and institutional sector. From 2002, I decided to change direction and become an entrepreneur, because I had the desire to apply everything I had learned in my own ventures, and to change the way in which certain things were done in the corporate environment. I created a translation company in 2003, an international consultancy in 2010 and an association for entrepreneurial mothers in 2015, with the birth of my son.I like to work in small environments to achieve big goals. My favourite motto is: Be the change you want to see in the world (Mahatma Gandhi).I believe in generating value, but always with values. I studied engineering and then communication, therefore I am passionate about combining the rational with the creative, the technological with the human. This is why I am interested in language and communication: because they are highly structured and yet still seem to touch our brain's unconsciousness.En mis primeros años profesionales trabajé en Alemania para grandes corporaciones, primero como ingeniera y después como consultora. Después, en España, también he sido profesora, mentora y consultora para el sector privado y el institucional. A partir del año 2002 decidí cambiar mi rumbo y emprender, porque tenía el deseo de aplicar todo lo aprendido en mis propios proyectos, y cambiar la forma en la que se hacían algunas cosas dentro del entorno empresarial. Creé una empresa de traducciones en el 2003, una consultoría internacional en el 2010 y una asociación para madres emprendedoras en el 2015, con el nacimiento de mi hijo.Me gusta trabajar en entornos pequeños para alcanzar objetivos grandes. Estudié ingeniería y después comunicación, así que me apasiona combinar lo racional con lo creativo, lo tecnológico con lo humano. Por eso me interesan el lenguaje y la comunicación: porque son muy estructurados y sin embargo van directos a tocar el inconsciente de nuestro cerebro.
