Perform data analysis and provide program updates to the management and the field; actively support improvements, enhancements, and/or automation of current reporting processes, reports and systems, as the program evolves; develop FAQs on programs and promotions for training and educational purposes.More specific tasks aspects are:• Consolidate, obtain reporting data from different sources (teams, databases, tools)• Support enhancement, improvement/optimisation, and automation of current reporting/ report production processes and support testing of new reports / databases • Perform data analysis to support decision-making on programme• Analyse & summarise data for executive updates to inform client’s senior management of programme status & performance (metrics, trends, findings, risks, conclusions etc)• Manage and maintain supported Channel program related data/ metrics on various Latinar America & Emerging Channel Dashboards at required frequencies using client’s tools and predefined processes• Communicate finalized reports in a timely manner according to schedule• Check and validate the data produced for anomalies and communicate and resolve/ address as necessary in a timely manner• Proactively notify of changes or issues affecting the quality or content of the reporting output• Develop and maintain process and report related documentation at all times• Provide monthly and quarterly updated in required format• Perform ad hoc queriesSupport the Region’s Channel Organizations; act as a center of expertise and excellence on the subjects described above resulting in a successful cooperation with the field towards highest Customer Satisfaction around Channel programs, processes, and tools; being seen as trusted advisor and consultant for the field by providing accessibility, responsiveness, competence and added value.
