Helped in the execution of the budget destined for the climate change program "ProMOVIS - Promotion ofInclusive and Sustainable Urban Mobility", with internal and external communication activities, such as:- Communication spaces to show lessons learned and success stories with the national and local governments.- Technical assistance on communications, public relations, and event organization to LAC cities (local governments), consultants, and governmental institutions.- Relationship with journalists for the coverage of activities developed by the projects.- Coordination and implementation of the Conversápolis platform. This platform has different products: website, capacity building, books, and events. With this program, we built capacities in 300 on-site assistants at events and approximately 150 people are trained virtually with the courses posted on the site: www.conversapolis.org- Make the logistical coordination of the Transport and Climate Change Week 2022 event. This event strengthened capacities on sustainable mobility issues to 70 in-person guests at the Latin America Hub and ~1400 remote participants. Creation and implementation of the communication strategy for Coffee for Peace in Colombia, an NGO supported by USAID and the National Federation of Coffee Growers, where I achieved:- Establish a national and international communication channel through social networks.- Visibilize the Coffee for Peace in Colombia brand using digital channels, obtaining approximately 1,000 new followers in social networks and 100 publications.- Generate interest in the international market for the purchase of Colombian specialty coffees through the Virtual Buyers Caravan event, in which 80 roasters from around the world participate and buy approximately $100,000 USD worth of specialty coffee. This initiative helps 55 coffee growers to showcase their coffees and sell them.
