Alejandra Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, and Operations. In addition to providing a first-hand perspective in managerial decisions, this expertise has contributed to her knowledge of Operative Excellence and cost reduction methodologies such as TPS, VSM, Kaizen, Project Management, and Policy Deployment among others. Ms. Hernandez is also a Lean Sigma Black Belt. She has progressive management experience with a focus on providing and implementing innovative solutions to improve productivity and profitability. Throughout her time implementing Lean systems, she has also proven to reduce costs of poor quality by reducing process variation with data driven solutions.
