I’m an enthusiastic HR professional with about 3 years of experience in generalist roles. Moreover, I have worked in both the retail industry (Spain) and in game development (Germany), getting to know their intricacies and various employee profiles. In a stressful situation I am thankful to have such passion for what I do. Moreover, being able to share a laugh with a colleague is absolutely priceless on a difficult time.🌿 Being honest. Be respectful, be mindful, but be honest. Trust is an invaluable piece of any (work) relationship and I do my best to cultivate it.🌱 Nourishing my work relationships. My team members, the team leads, the external recruiter, the payroll provider, even the potential new hires. When you take care of them, the daily interactions become way more enjoyable!🪴 Making mistakes is part of the process. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll do my best to avoid them, but they’re also a great opportunity to reflect and learn.🌳 Acting sustainably. For the organization’s sake, but also for their people, their communities and their environment. It can be hard sometimes, but also incredibly rewarding.
