This includes inspecting and reviewing claims submitted for warranty service and discussing those items with the homeowners. Comprehensive documentation including photos will need to be submitted to the regional office at the completion of the inspection.Weekly staff and builder meetings -- attend and participate in weekly status meetings to review and update all parties on the previous week's activities. Appropriately and accurately orders required materials. Support customer follow-up engagement sessions to drive additional value for customers and ensure reference-ability.

Strong communication with engineering, production and installation teams to prepare jobs for shop release.  Create/ work on 2D drawings in AutoCAD for windows, doors, and trim details, with extremely high precision, designing in millimeters.Designs and drafts building envelope/ façade systems and components drawings.Determining what materials the project needs for completion; Responsible for creating shop tickets for fabrication; Evaluate and recommend potential cost savings resulting from design modifications and make appropriate design decisions that integrate savings into the design as applicable.Coordinating drawing efforts with more than one associate to produce a complete and accurate set of drawings and/or production packages.
