 Counseled both Marketing and Research & Development (R&D) teams as a business strategic partner. Revamped R&D team’s engagement through a team coaching, targeting a employee turnover rate of 17% in 2019 and a 95% job satisfaction. Advised Mkt and R&D managers in career paths execution, promoting 15% of both teams in 2019. Coordinated the Marketing Assessment and hired 3 candidates within 5 months. Succeeded the recruitment of 15 skilled candidates for the R&D team within a year. Orchestrated the participation in a job fair, reaching the hiring of 1 talented candidate for the Mkt team.  Coordinated the annual Leadership Workshops, reformulated the Situational Leadership Workshop and trained 115 leaders with a 4.8/5 satisfaction evaluation.

 Operated and implemented the HR model for the 3 branch offices I had assigned. Decreased the 15 days operational positions recruitment goal into 12 days per month during 2018.  Lessened the employee turnover rate in 29% in 2018. Boosted the sales team engagement by monthly reviewing sales achievements, creating focus groups, counseling and consulting executive and operational teams, celebrating achievements and communicating new processes. Launched the Financial Education Workshop, aimed at the operational sales team nationwide.
