Responsible for- Leading internal programming connecting CIC clients with mentors, experts, and investors. During 2017 and 2018, CIC Miami hosted 368 events in collaboration with 150 different organizations, creating more than 4.000 connections. - Creating alliances with key Latam companies for the Soft Landing program. Durante el 2017 y 2018 we supported more than 150 startups, investors, governmental departments, and VCs. We also hosted 28 events.

The firm has two locations in the main cities of Chile encompassing 97,000 square feet of space in which 40 companies, 5 universities and a diverse network of members form a collaborative entrepreneurial community.Responsible, since the formation of the organization, for managing the company's day-to-day operations and reporting them to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In charge of executing the business plan, form multiple alliances with strategic partners and develop brand building activities. Co-founded Designing Better Futures (DBF) Innovation Lab with Carlos Osorio, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Innovation in Adolfo Ibanez School of Management. DBF is a consulting firm aimed to collaborate with companies to devise growth strategies, build innovation capabilities, and create products and services that improve people’s lives.Co-lead the development of 4 major projects.1. Implementation of a strategy of corporate social responsibility for Arauco, the largest Chilean forestry company. 2. Design of a new digital platform for Transbank, a Chilean company responsible of managing above 90% of all credit cards operations in the country.3. New product development for BCI, one of the top private banks in Chile.4. Design of a Diabetes education program for Abbott Laboratories, global leader in health care.
