Supply Chain Manager – Americas Region
CurrentDevelop Supply Chain strategies, aligned to regional and global business needs, to ensure success against customer service, inventory and distribution costs requirements. Interface and coordinate cross functionally to ensure the success of the Americas business plan. Lead a geographically diverse team in the US and Latin America including three direct reports and five dotted line reports remotely located. Manage product lines ranging from traditional and digital photographic to commercial products, through B2C and B2B business models.Major Achievements:Reduction of 40% in the distribution cost of commercial consumables products in the US&C during the period 2010-11.Cycle time reduction of 60% from order placement to product delivery to direct and indirect customers of commercial consumables in the Americas during the period 2009-11.Redesign the supply chain network for commercial consumables in the Americas to support triple digit sales growth while increasing inventories in the single digits during the period 2009-11.Reduction of channel inventory for traditional photographic products in the Americas in 15% during 2008, minimizing product returns, distribution cost and increasing sale-in predictability.
