Site Manager Project Los Azufres II 4 X 25 MW Unit 13,14,15 y 16Of local part of ALSTOM within the consortium for the construction of four power plant, scope:-Civil construction of the four power plants-Erection and assembly of the equipment and systems of power plants. Turbines, Generators, Condensers, System of Vacuum and extraction of gases, System of lubrication, Cooling towers, Cooling pumps, purges and Condensed, Atmospheric tanks and recipients to pressure, Chemical treatment. System of Vacuum, Fire protection system, System of compressed air, System of conditioned air, Systems of pipes and instrumentation of the power station, System water of service, boards electrical, Commissioning, Performance Tests of the power stations and Guarantee period of the power plants.

•I elaborated quality procedures, which identify the existing quality problems and applied corrective actions to improve production processes and avoid the repetitiveness by a 40%.•I elaborated and coordinate the qualification of welding procedures and welders to ensure 100% quality in these processes.•I implemented a method for making final reports of the products quality, giving a better presentation, quality and reliability to our customers

•I implemented a new tooling and procedures for loading and unloading of finished products and raw materials improving in a 60% the load and unload times as well as the store control.•I elaborated control procedures for warehouse achieving a 95% in the inventory control and maximum and minimum movements.
