Site Manager Project Los Azufres II 4 X 25 MW Unit 13,14,15 y 16Of local part of ALSTOM within the consortium for the construction of four power plant, scope:-Civil construction of the four power plants-Erection and assembly of the equipment and systems of power plants. •I elaborated quality procedures, which identify the existing quality problems and applied corrective actions to improve production processes and avoid the repetitiveness by a 40%.•I elaborated and coordinate the qualification of welding procedures and welders to ensure 100% quality in these processes.•I implemented a method for making final reports of the products quality, giving a better presentation, quality and reliability to our customers
