I create applications that store customer entries in a database, complete shopping transactions or send an email across the Internet. I dealt with customers who were unhappy with photo printing turn-around times due to equipment failure. I handled difficult situations calmly and positively to ensure that customers’ needs were met. Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor were key aspects of managing customer stress and meeting tight deadlines.I had significant supervised responsibilities plus operating entire types of equipment, kiosks, and technologies pertinent to Photo Lab.
