• On site mission at Boeing assembly building to coordinate and implement electrical design solutions for B787-9 minor model. Optimization from 787-8 through commonality, cost & weight reduction, producibility, and maintainability of design• Technical review and paper work preparation of electrical changes impacting engineering definition prior to submittal to the Boeing Change Board to ensures compliance to design requirements• Technical data exchange and coordination for project execution at both Mexico and USA design office• Investigates reports of defective or malfunctioning installation drawings, harnesses parts, assemblies, equipment or systems to determine nature, scope of problem and provide immediate disposition• Provides Major/Minor determination for change classification supported by a Delegated Engineering Representative (DER)

• Interfaces with external and internal customers to develop and maintain wire harness detail, installation, and bundle assembly• Create solutions for 2D and 3D wire harness installation designs and incorporates changes to design plan• Performs design change incorporation as required• Applies knowledge of drafting, design, and manufacturing processes to investigate and resolve customer problems and develops design, drawing and release solutions
