-Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections; all while providing a warm, family-like environment.
-Answer questions about current and upcoming inventory, vehicle performance, application and credit processes.
-Present brand and non-brand vehicles in best light through test drives, demonstration walk-arounds, and dealership walk-throughs.
-Leverage strong negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership and brand standards and policies.
-Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and working with sales manager team.
-Call on existing customer base to further develop brand loyalty, as well as acquire referral and repeat business.
-Maintain strong relationship with service team to generate additional service to sales deals while ensuring an effortless transition for the customer.
