As a new graduate PA-C, I joined the Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, a Level II trauma center, in October 2023. My role is to provide high-quality care to patients with life-threatening injuries and illnesses, in collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other health professionals.I completed my master's degree in clinical health sciences from the University of Washington in August 2023, where I gained extensive knowledge and skills in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and medicine. I also participated in multiple research projects and clinical rotations, where I demonstrated my ability to apply evidence-based practice, communicate effectively, and worked under pressure. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a PA-C, and to contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes and satisfaction.
