Led the creation of a Corporate Treasury department with 5 direct reports and 15 indirect reports in six different countries with the goals of centralization, standardization, cost reduction, cash concentration, security and control improvement. • Successfully implemented an automated 13 week and 13month cash flow for every country.• Conducted a RFP that reduced the number of banks from 39 to 4 and 50% of the bank’s expenses. • Lead the FX and interest hedging for the Group. Have executed Swaps for $190m with positive long term M2M.• Increased the factoring and confirming capacity of the Group from $2m monthly to $12m.• Implemented a Global insurance program that reduced annual premium payments in $500k.• Worked in conjunction with M&A department and CFO to close a $250M refinance syndicated bank loan, which helped the company to build the liquidity to fund new investments.• Currently leading the treasury workstation search and implementation division.
