Support PMO activities for finance E2E project management process, including the activities: PM process, rules and templates definition, budget management, capacity management, Data quality assurance, PM metrics, executive and PMO communications, user´s trainings. I worked closely with finance teams to gather and document business requirements translating financial data and needs into project requirements.Supporting the implementation of financial systems or tools to meet project needs.Communicating progress, quality issues, and capacity challenges to senior management. Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Preparing reports on project quality and capacity performance.

In charge of the planning portfolio management of government compliance projects working closely with compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements relevant to the organization (e.g., industry-specific laws, data protection regulations). Gathering and documenting business requirements related to compliance standards. Evaluation of the impact of regulatory changes on business operations, systems, and processes. Analyzing existing compliance-related processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies. Recommending and implementing industry best practices to streamline compliance-related work and enhance alignment with regulatory standards. Managing the change process when new compliance requirements impact systems, processes, or teams, ensuring smooth transitions.

Manage of SAP projects, coordinating multi region teams, capacity management, requirements gathering, projects monitor and control, in terms of methodologies: use of SDLC, waterfall, PMP as framework, PM methodology improvements, also in charge of leading a global program related to e-invoicing projects. In addition, working closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand their IT needs and project requirements. Defining, documenting, and validating detailed functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems and solutions. Analyzing existing business processes and identifying how IT can improve efficiency, automation, or productivity. Evaluating possible IT solutions and their alignment with business goals. Coordination of seventeen developers working on internal projects, including request gathering, technical specs creation, negotiation with business area, team´s supervision, during this period, I implemented software development best practices, and team metrics.

Starting as an IT support engineer for sales and distribution modules, 2 years after I participated in a SAP implementation project doing business analysis activities as requirements gathering, technical specifications design, process re-engineering analysis and documentation, from the technical side, I participated in some configurations of SAP SD and ABAP, in addition I was leading a warehouse automation project, moving all operational transactions from manual work to an automated system based on RF tools connected to SAP.
