Alejandro is an architecture and solution delivery leader with deep experience in business-IT strategy alignment and program management. He has delivered many transformations and enterprise solutions for International Companies ensuring stakeholder alignment, value focus and sustainability of the transformations. His industry experience ranges from CPG, FMCG, Retail and Banking, within both core and support processes. Alejandro has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and holds a CPIM certification by APICS, Enterprise Architecture Academy by Microsoft, Business Process Expert and Value Delivery by SAP, and Adoption & Change Management by Prosci. He delivered Integrated Resource Management Seminars at post-graduate school of Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. With the experience gained through the years, the projects and the different roles and industries in which he has participated, Alejandro has developed an integral knowledge and business acumen of the capabilities that companies may develop and mature to achieve more advanced stages of performance.
