As an engineer at REE, my main responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the substation park by troubleshooting and updating RTAC configurations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to track changes and updates effectively. As an Associate Automation Engineer at SEL, I have had the opportunity to further develop and apply the skills and aptitudes I acquired during my internship, while also taking on new and exciting challenges. One of the highlights of my tenure thus far has been my involvement in the commissioning of a SPS project in Kazakhstan, where I spent 6 months on site.During this project, I was responsible for testing and troubleshooting the system, which gave me a great deal of hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop my troubleshooting skills. I was also able to gain a deeper understanding of the commissioning process as a whole, and the importance of effective testing and troubleshooting in ensuring a successful outcome.In addition to my work on the SPS project in Kazakhstan, I have had the chance to work on several other projects, both individually and as part of a team. These diverse projects have provided me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge and improve upon my skills to focus on quality. As someone who is always eager to learn and adapt, I have been able to take on new challenges and responsibilities with enthusiasmOverall, I am proud of the progress I have made in my role as an associate automation engineer, and I am excited to continue to take on new challenges and develop my skills even further. My experience in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning, combined with my strong work ethic and attention to detail, make me a valuable asset to my team.

As an Engineering Intern at Real Energy Systems S.L., I worked within the Automation department and gained valuable experience supporting projects related to the development of solutions and configurations for Automation and Communication equipment. My primary focus was on the RTAC family and using IEC 61131-3 language for programming. I was proficient in working with various protocols including Modbus, DNP3, 61850, SEL, IEC101/104, SNMP, NGVL, among others, and was able to implement these configurations in substations, including RTU, BCU, SCU, Disturbance Recorders, Data concentrators, Gateways and quality meters.Moreover, I was also responsible for developing HMI and SCADA using SEL Diagram Builder and Zenon, respectively, and worked with communication equipment such as unmanaged, managed, and SDN switches, designing and implementing communication architectures like PRP and RSTP. Additionally, I gained experience using OMICRON test sets for testing SEL relays and other third party relays.Overall, I was able to hone my engineering skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, making me an asset to any team.

During my internship at Real Energy Systems S.L., I had the opportunity to develop my skills in my field of interest and contribute value to the company.
