Oversee lighting protection upgrades on Vestas blades on multiple blade models.Coordinate the engineering and other activities under direction of the engineering manager necessary for development, design, and procurement of blade upgrades.Provide daily reports to company’s senior management group on engineering work progress and issues affecting assigned projects.Perform QA/QC checks on upgrades performed on multiple wind sites.Support engineering and project management with engineering and related upgrade documents including scope, schedule, cost and contract agreements.

Oversee all design projects from conception to construction execution as desired by client.Perform QA/QC inspection on wind turbines sites, transmission lines and substations.Responsible for providing engineering services to support the delivery of asset management.Review project schedules to identify and plan engineering input.Coordinating engineering activities across a range of packages within quality standards.Manages equipment usage/ burn rates on the weekly basis.

Trained crew members on mechanical completion on V110 turbines.Translate safety issues & work tasks to non-English speaking crewmembers.Communicate with QA/QC manager for any pictures or information needed for completion of turbine books.Hold meetings with inspectors for any areas of improvement and possible issues we may encounter in the near future.
