Personal growth: Started as Process Engineer in March 2003. Promoted to Manufacturing Manager in May 2004. Later in May 2006 was promoted to General Manager of Rawlings Costa Rica.Responsibilities: General Manager of a multinational company operating under Free Zone Status in Costa Rica, producing the official baseballs for the MLB. Responsible for overseeing the plant’s overall operation, where we employ over 500 full time workers.Key responsibilities include: Keeping costs in line, driving down labor and overhead variance, overseeing overall plants’ efficiency, inventory turns improvement, reducing lead times, minimizing quality rejects & rework. Managing and providing support to our Service Departments, focusing directly with end customer needs thought our call center and graphics department.
