Throughout my time at Atos I have been involved in several roles and campaigns within the company, including resolving level 3 technical issues whilst documenting detailed next steps, creating knowledge articles, providing assistance to my co-workers as floor support and collaborating with Work-Force, HR and Learning departments to coordinate and monitor the on-the-job training progress of agents on a weekly basis.
