Responsible for Managing a High Volume fully automated Panasonic Factory Automation production line, along with 4 Engineers, 10 techs and 70 Operators on 2nd shift. I was the only manager on this shift and gave support to Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Test, Materials, IS and HR. Also responsible for 4th shift where 4 techs gave all maintenance scheduled. Kept and inventory of spare parts for all machinery.

Start-up of a complete, cellular phone test line; where all hardware and software was developed in-house. I was in charge of hiring and training of all technical personnel. Coordinated yield analysis in order to improve quantity and quality.

Coordinate a Fuji SMT/ GenRad Test production line to meet production schedules while implementing inventory control, safety procedures, quality control, hiring and supervision of 68 individuals on 2 shifts.

Develop, install and maintain GenRad (ICT) test programs in high production start-up environment. Coordinate with production to meet shipping schedules. I coordinated a weekly test results meeting that yielded process improvements done by Engineering, Production and Quality.
